Cadillac ATS
Cadillac has revamped its image in the last decade. The Cadillac CTS/CTS-V is a competent car. The CTS-V can stand on its own against its European rivals. In 2012, Cadillac released its little brother, the ATS. The ATS has the new sporty Cadillac styling. It also is available in rear-wheel and four-wheel drive. It comes with three engine, a 2.5L I4 that produces 202 hp and 190 lb-ft of torque, a turbocharged 2.0L I4 engine that produces 272 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque, and a 3.6L V6 that produces 321 hp and 274 lb-ft of torque. The base 2.5L engine gets the ATS from 0 to 60 mph in 7.4 seconds. An ATS with the 3.6L V6 engine will go from 0 to 60 mph in 5.3 seconds. An ATS with the turbocharged 2.0L I4 engine goes from 0 to 60 mph in 6.0 seconds. Prices for the ATS start at a reasonable $34,000. With performance, power, and styling for under $35,000, the Cadillac ATS is the best sports sedan to come out in 2012.
If you agree with my choice or think that another car that came
out in 2012 deserves this award, please let me know in the comments
